Trust and Other Ascension Issues by Shanta Gabriel

In so many ways now I am being shown that trusting myself is one of the most important things I can do for myself right now. Trust goes right along with that “Loving Kindness and having Compassion for myself “piece which has been my intention for the past 3 months (or this lifetime). Every new moon I send out personalized flower essences to those who are in my Monthly Flower Essence Program. We have a theme each month, and this month it was Authenticity. I had no idea what a process that intention would ignite. What I did know is that as the veils between dimensions become ever thinner we cannot afford to be removed from our authenticity because it throws everything out of balance.

Speaking of balance, adding to all the “ascension symptoms” such as headaches, inability to sleep, digestive issues, etc that have been common to many people as well as myself in the past months, I had some major dental work in October. When things were removed from my mouth that had been there for almost 50 years, toxins were released into my body and I was experiencing cold/allergy symptoms. Did I treat myself with more compassion because I felt sick? Actually no, I was blaming myself for not having a stronger immune system. It did not even occur to me that it had to do with my teeth. Once I realized the immensity of the dental work I had done, all the symptoms went away and it turned out to be about 3 days of intensity. This was actually a classic demonstration of a “healing crisis,” as we used to call symptoms that came on while we were fasting or going through a purposeful healing period.

Careful What You Ask For

We are all in a very intense healing period. It is clear that we cannot take our baggage with us when we go through the dimensional shifts occurring at the end of 2012. We have been praying and working very long and hard to be open to these new greater frequencies of Light. I was talking to my friend, Fanny and we both remember sitting in front of our Guru begging for enlightenment and transformation, “no matter what!”  Is it any wonder that everything not in harmony with an enlightened state of full conscious awareness is up in our face to be lovingly transformed?

The frequencies of Divine Love have never been stronger and these waves of Love, and perhaps also the Solar Flares intensifying, are pushing to the surface all that we need to heal, and this includes past life issues as well as issues in this life. The powerful thing is that we have so much more Light Force energy to work with that they can be healed much more gracefully and quickly than in the old days of long term catharsis. As I continue to do more of this Light Activation work, I am shown more of what I need to take care of inside me as well. And I am asking for all transitions to be with Grace and Ease.

This is what major transition is all about. For me, I do not want my unconscious mind to hold impossible goals anymore, like continuing to think I have to be healthy, productive, positive and happy 100% of the time. Author Ragini Michaels says this is caused by an old survival mechanism. “It is our biological imperative to go towards Pleasure (keep the species going) and stay away from pain (don’t die).” We are living in a world of Paradox. The polarities seem to be getting ever more clear. Physics says that the tension between the two polarities creates something entirely new. It is like black and white, but what about red or even grey? Being happy and thriving in the new world means to learn to live with opposites and still be happy. I want to use that dynamic tension and allow the creative flow from those extremes to work in my life.

Deepak Chopra has said, “Happiness arises when we don’t resist the flow of events.” Most of the pain I experience now is clearly caused by my resistance to “What Is.” I know that in order to integrate my spiritual life more fully into my human life I need to embrace the dual nature of life because that is what life is like! Another quote from Ragini Michaels in “Unflappable” is, “We can’t get away from being human and we also can’t get away from being Divine.” We are all of the above and more.

And Back to Me

It is really obvious to me right now that to be at peace I need to live peacefully with life even while I am working to change what isn’t working for me. Opening to that possibility has also opened some strange but meaningful inner dialogue. I am experiencing a strained psoas muscle causing radiating pain down my leg making it difficult to walk right now. I have some personal healing processes I have been working with and these have led to a strangely interesting process of metaphor discovery. Such as:

I am blessing all the mis-steps I have taken while learning to stand on my own two feet. I take new steps forward, and possible great leaps, in order to walk with integrity on my path through the Light.

Your Lighthouse

At the top of the page is a picture of a beautiful Lighthouse, an image which speaks volumes to me about how we are becoming radiant beings of light. This lighthouse can be act  as our own Beacon of Light in the world when we implant beautiful qualities of consciousness, such as Love, Wisdom, Beauty, Wellbeing, and Peace. Homework

So part of our homework for this time before December 21, 2012  is to look at what is showing up in your life to be cleared and healed with love and integrity. Where in your life do you need to bring more compassion and loving kindness for yourself? What parts of you do you need to truly appreciate for doing the best you could do in that moment? Could some of your symptoms be about more than just your inadequacies? Are there old patterns showing up now that need to be loved into freedom? Any good metaphors?

The good news about this time is that we have LOTS of support. Not only are there people in your life who would be very happy to support and offer you assistance in your healing/clearing process, this recent Halloween offers the ancestors. Kelly Beard of KarmicTools.com says that these are Angels, Guides, Teachers and all those in the Unseen world we feel a Kindred relationship with, as well as blood relatives that have passed over. We can also pull from the Akashic Records recorded in our DNA, to bring forth those lifetimes that were the most Empowered, Healthy, Joy-filled, Fulfilling lives that could best serve us when we apply them to the life we are living in 3D now.

The 11:11 Gateway

On November 11 we have an opportunity to walk through the mystical gateways into an empowered multidimensional life. The Archangels stand at the pillars of the gateway offering to escort us through. At this point we are like racehorses gathering our powerful withers (is that the word?), getting ready to fly as soon as the gates open.

It is helpful to have clear intentions and an uplifted heart open to the pure potential of this moment in time. Whenever the digital clock shows me 11:11, I take that moment to ask for whatever I want to experience in my life. Sometimes that is only a small thing, like graceful assistance to finish my newsletter, or it can be the most empowered future I can imagine. I clearly ask, I acknowledge the presence of the angels and take a literal step forward with my arms wide open through the 11:11 Gateway.

I am choosing to spend my 11:11 within another level of ancestral healing at the home of my son and his family in Phoenix. Please hold me in Light and Love for this experience. I want to be authentically me but I will most likely not be able to speak about the Gateways I am walking through with you on that day. My intentions are for Harmony, Honor, Health and Humor. At the very least I will complete my dental work and come home with new teeth.:-)
