Day 9 – New Year’s Anusthan

The energy feels more scattered for me today. We have seen during this spiritual practice that whatever I have been experiencing, others are as well. If you are also feeling too diffuse, that means that this is a good time to pull yourself inward energetically, stay in Alignment and make sure your grounding mechanisms are consciously working for you. Do your best to take extra time for the deepening breaths and slowing down your outward movement while remembering that Neutrality is a powerful and important state to bring yourself back to.

The weather has been very cold and grey the past few days as winter storms have been passing through. It takes a very concentrated effort for me to get warmly dressed and go outside even though it looks like this in my backyard.

As the moon is moving toward fullness, I often have judged myself in the past for feeling spacey. Now I just do my best to revel in the expansiveness!

Speaking of Full Moon, I am inviting you all to my Full Moon Teleconference on Friday January 13 at 5:00 pm PST. I will be joined by shamanic astrologer, Kelly Beard, who loves Friday the 13th and has wisdom for us about this expansive time. After she speaks to the energies and the opportunities available to us, I will channel a guided meditation from the Archangels to help us integrate the frequencies.

We will also have a special opening in the call for anyone who would like to speak a prayer or intention for the world to do that with the support of all those on the call to anchor powerful global intentions for the Earth at this time. Dear Ones,

The expansive states of consciousness that so many are seeking are possible when you give yourself time to receive Love within the deepest resources of your being. This Anusthan is designed to not only give you that time, but to expand your conscious awareness into areas you normally do not have access to.

Like the proverbial envelope, once you have stretched into these new territories opened to you by the Divine Light, you will not be able to go back to the way you were. This Light will naturally flow into areas that have been closed off as it lights up any darker areas that are ready to be illuminated and released.

Because these areas feel unfamiliar to your energy system, some fear may arise. It is normal for the human nervous system to have some trepidation when faced with the unknown. Even when the expansive gifts within the Light carry you into the new areas you have been asking to step into, it might still feel scary.

When you expand to receive more Light it opens the way for you to move into more Love, more Abundance and Wellbeing in every area of your life. Remembering that these are the benevolent outcomes that exist as you move through the discomfort of the unknown territory will help you adjust more quickly and integrate the energy.

Through this expansive time it is very important that you be gentle and compassionate with yourself. Feed and nourish yourself with kindness, as well as the food, exercise and rest you need. With the grounding systems you have put into place through this spiritual practice, your body will soon adapt and integrate the expanded states in graceful ways. Trust in yourself and the Angelic energy working through you to empower you as you do.

Soon you will be welcoming these expanded states into your being The new exalted frequencies will allow you to walk through the 11:11 gateways with more strength and courage if you allow it. As you anchor the Light you will begin to enjoy the new expansive energy as it courses through your body

Remember that Change is good. There is always a Benevolent Outcome no matter how it looks. Know that you are being supported through this process by a Love that never ends. All the changes occurring on the planet, in your life and within your consciousness are happening at the direction of your Soul. Trust in this process and receive the Light Fields of Protection, Nourishment and Grace that are being offered within this Anusthan. Above all know you are profoundly loved and cared for Eternally. And so it is.
