Anusthan Q&A and Orientation
We met on June 16 for an orientation about the June Solstice Anusthan. Our spiritual practice was explained and a former participant eloquently shared her experience stepping into a prepared matrix for the group practice. The Anusthans are centuries old and still retain their power. We also practiced the mantras and talked about their importance.
